Vivien and Samed hosted a destination wedding weekend in Spain, offering their guests the best of both worlds. Welcoming 90 guests traveling from Croatia, Bosnia & Germany, the multi-day celebration was deeply focused on family connection and emotional roots.
The weekend kicked off with a vibrant pre-wedding event on a private Barcelona rooftop overlooking the city skyline and iconic cathedral. Featuring playful design details and bold red accents, the welcome night set a relaxed tone before transitioning to the main wedding day at La Baronia. Surrounded by nature and panoramic views, the historic venue was transformed into a timeless, classic setting with refined neutral palettes, custom florals, and warm string-lit dining under the Mediterranean sky.
Design & Event Highlights:
Bilingual Personalization: An emotional ceremony featuring a personal, bilingual speech delivered in both German and Bosnian by Samed’s cousin.
Cultural Music Fusion: A curated entertainment concept featuring a DJ and live band playing traditional Bosnian music that kept the international crowd on the dance floor.
