We take complete creative and organizational responsibility, from the first concept and design direction to the final dance, and build a bespoke vendor team around your destination. Spatial & Experience Design

We design immersive environments from the ground up. From bespoke spatial layouts, custom fabrications, and lighting architecture to sensory dining flows. We shape multi-day celebrations that feel like custom-built productions, deeply rooted in who you are.
Curation & High-Stakes Logistics

Managing complex destination logistics, cross-border vendor teams, and multi-day budgets with absolute transparency, we turn high-stakes planning into a seamless, grounded process.
Full Turnkey On-Site Production

On the day, we lead the full technical and design production behind the scenes. From guest concierge logistics to precise cue-to-cue execution, we handle every single operational detail so you can step into your celebration purely as hosts.
Management Fee
To maintain our signature level of design and full service planning, we limit our calendar to 8 weddings per year.
Full-Service Planning & Design: Our management fee is 15% of your overall budget, with a minimum investment of €15,000.
Micro Weddings (up to 30 guests): Bespoke design & management starting at a minimum of €11,000 with a 15% management fee.

WHERE WE PLAN DESTINATION WEDDINGS
ONE ERA plans destination weddings across Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, France, Austria and Montenegro, with Italy becoming our home base in 2026. Coast and countryside settings, including Mediterranean villas and Mallorcan fincas, suit our aesthetic best, though we design for any location that fits your story.
Most of our couples come from North America, Australia and the UK, or are expats from those countries living in Europe, and many marry country to country rather than in one home region. We are comfortable with that mobility and fluent in the cross-border logistics it requires.
Wherever you choose, we bring a trusted vendor network and the local knowledge to make the celebration feel authentically of that place. We also keep venue partnerships deliberately minimal and prefer a new location for each couple, which widens our design range rather than steering you toward a venue that happens to send us referrals.

ONE ERA is a design-led destination wedding and event studio. We provide full-service planning and design for weddings, micro weddings, proposals, milestone birthdays and private celebrations, primarily for international and multicultural couples marrying or celebrating across Europe and beyond. Two of our three founders are trained designers, so design and styling sit at the center of everything we plan.
We plan across Europe and beyond, with experience in Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, France, Scotland, Austria and Montenegro. From 2026 our base shifts to Italy, which makes Italian celebrations especially seamless. We place no boundaries on destination and regularly work with couples who travel country to country, so we are comfortable planning wherever your story leads.
Yes. We regularly work with couples and the parents supporting them, often across different countries and time zones. We keep everyone aligned with clear communication and organized planning, and we are happy to include parents in design and budget conversations while keeping the couple's vision at the heart of the day.
Most planners sell a single signature look or one region. ONE ERA builds a fresh design and a bespoke vendor team for every couple, so no two weddings repeat. Our founders' interior architecture and design backgrounds mean we treat each event like a designed space, and our multicultural experience helps blend two families' traditions into one cohesive celebration.
You work directly with the founders, Haley, Trang and Wiebke, not a rotating account team. Most couples say the one-on-one relationship is why they chose us. We become the friend and the calm presence you lean on when family and logistics get stressful, and many of our couples stay in touch long after the wedding.
Full-service couples typically invest between 80,000 and 150,000 euros, with most guest lists around 100 to 120 people and an ideal spend near 1,000 euros per guest. If you want to start smaller, Location Scouting begins at 1,300 euros and a Wedding Advisory Session is 320 euros. We are happy to talk openly about budget in a first call.
Almost certainly yes. That profile is exactly who we do our best work for: multicultural couples with a real design focus who want something out of the box rather than a copy-and-paste wedding. Italy and Spain are both within our experience, and a budget near 1,000 euros per guest gives us room to design something genuinely yours.
